简历中的大错误：言过于实

写作简历时有一个大家经常犯的大错误，那就是"言过于实"。这一点尤其是毕业生一定要牢记，写简历，不是写小说，一定要实事求是。大家都想在简历中能够尽可能地表现出自己的能力，让自己能在众多的求职者中脱颖而出，这一点无可厚非，但是过分地在简历中夸大只能适得其反，要记住，"白色的谎言"仍然是谎言。如果招聘单位发现你简历中夸大其词，你将会被毫不犹豫地淘汰。
