Responsible for Fras-le south area sales activities in China. RESPONSABILITIES 1,Participate and gain in depth understanding of the Fras-le Business model in Asia. 2,Maintain active communication with all team members. 3,Gain in depth understanding of Frasle product offerings and global approach.. The products to include Brake Blocks for Drum Brakes and Disc Pads for Disc Brakes. 4,Obtain deep and clear understanding of the key market characteristics of each of the above noted segments in China. These to include, size, major players, competitors offerings in price and products. 5,Identify, and recommend strategies and action plan for approach to positioning . This approach to include brand promotions in shows, advertising, brochures, applications and pricing. 6,Help the product engineering and sales force in selection of sales force as identified in the Business Model. 7,Lead development of proper marketing and training tools for the distributors and other customers. Dimensions: Be the major team player in organizing marketing information and helping develop strategies for the Asia Pacific markets for the friction material business in China for the commercial vehicles market segments. These segments to include Trailers, Trucks, Buses and Coaches in the On Road segment and Cranes and Loaders in the Off-Highway segment. Competencies Has sound understanding of the Chinese Commercial Vehicle-On Highway and Off Highway segments.
